About Alignment Theory
Alignment Theory is an original framework by Michael Nathan Bower, also publishing as Michael Bower, for understanding how human and artificial systems remain coherent, fragment, or collapse under pressure.
The framework maps internal alignment, external alignment, cognitive load collapse, identity hardening, recovery suppression, signal override, and constraint fidelity across multiple domains without claiming to replace the fields that study those domains directly.
Older pages remain available as archive and earlier framing. The current entry path begins with Start Here, Core Constraints, and the Convergence Map.
